1. About This Program
ACTIO Inc. ("ACTIO," "we," "us") is an AI automation agency at actio.agency. We build AI-powered systems for businesses — including AI phone answering for home-services companies such as water and fire damage restoration contractors.
Who sends the messages: ACTIO's own sales and support staff.
Who receives them: business owners and managers in the United States who contacted ACTIO about our services and explicitly opted in to receive text messages.
What we send: one-to-one conversational messages only — replies to your questions, information or booking links you requested, and confirmations or reschedule notices for consultations you booked. Typically 1–4 messages per conversation. We do not send bulk or promotional blasts.
2. How You Opt In
We only text contacts who have given consent through one of these methods:
- Web form — you submit our inquiry form (also embedded at actio.agency/contact) and actively check the optional SMS-consent checkbox, which is unchecked by default. The checkbox reads: "I agree to receive text messages from ACTIO Inc. (replies, booking links, appointment reminders) at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help." If you do not check the box, you will not receive texts.
- Verbal consent — during a phone call with our team, you agree to receive a text (for example, we ask "Can I text you the booking link at this number?" and you say yes). Your consent is recorded with a timestamp in our CRM before any message is sent.
- You text us first — if you initiate a text conversation with our business number, we reply within that conversation.
Consent is never purchased, rented, or imported from third parties, and opting in to texts is never a condition of purchasing anything.
3. Disclosures
- Message frequency varies; typically 1–4 messages per conversation.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out any time: reply STOP and you will be unsubscribed immediately and receive one final confirmation message.
- Help: reply HELP or email support@actio.agency.
- No sharing: mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
