- You agree to pay the monthly fee associated with your chosen plan
- Payments are processed at the start of each billing cycle
- You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees
- Refunds are subject to our money-back guarantee policy outlined below

5. Client Responsibilities
To enable us to deliver our services effectively, you agree to:
- Provide timely feedback, approvals, and necessary access to tools and accounts
- Ensure all content and materials you provide do not infringe on third-party rights
- Maintain accurate billing and contact information
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all deliverables created specifically for you become your property. We retain the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and non-client-specific work in future projects. We may reference your project as part of our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose your proprietary information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to deliver our services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACTIO Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service engagement at any time. Upon termination, you will retain ownership of all completed deliverables paid for. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you violate these terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By opting in to receive text messages from ACTIO Inc. (by actively checking the optional SMS-consent checkbox on our web form — the only way to opt in), you agree to receive one-to-one conversational messages such as replies, requested follow-ups, booking links, and appointment confirmations or reschedule notices. Message frequency varies (typically 1–4 messages per conversation). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance.
