Upon full payment, all deliverables created specifically for you become your property. We retain the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and non-client-specific work in future projects. We may reference your project as part of our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose your proprietary information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to deliver our services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Actio Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service engagement at any time. Upon termination, you will retain ownership of all completed deliverables paid for. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you violate these terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
